Our services as GreenTec Dialysis GmbH:
Following a potential analysis and the subsequent specialist planning, including the application for public funding, we executed the project as the general contractor.
We implemented our Smart Dialysis® concept, consisting of Cross-Sector Integration with our HE.RO heat exchanger in combination with two heat pumps and connection to the existing PV system. As a pilot, we connected heat recovery to the concentrate outlet of the reverse osmosis system to save even more energy. The cooled water is then used for toilet flushing. We installed our GreenTec Performance System (GPS) as control and monitoring software.
Three 1,000-litre buffer tanks complement the concept by storing solar surplus during dialysis-free periods (e.g. Sundays).
Our installations were integrated with a new reverse osmosis system from Nipro.
We call the combination of sector coupling and our GPS “Smart Dialysis®”. Smart dialysis enables our clients to save costs while using less energy and water.
This brings us as an industry closer to the goal of green dialysis.
The dialysis centre in Friedrichroda is owner-managed.
