The first Quarterly of 2026
Many impulses and time for the team
In Heidelberg, we came together for one and a half intensive days. The agenda of our first get-together this year included strategic and operational topics, the latest product updates, insights from the individual areas, as well as a look at the international dialysis market – all the way to China.
As our organisation grows, new topics emerge. That makes it even more important to keep each other up to date. The time together without external appointments is extremely valuable for us as a team, even if it is not always easy to organise. We had plenty of time to connect during the meetings, the breaks, and of course in the evenings. We were able to confirm: the team spirit is still as strong as ever.
We also had two new colleagues with us: Alex and Martin. For both, it was an intense couple of days full of new impressions. We are very happy about the additional support, professionally and personally. By the way, the two are not “new” to everyone. The “recruiting among family and friends” concept has worked well so far.
One thing we hadn’t planned for was a late-night “team meeting”: a fire alarm at the hotel meant that part of the team briefly ended up outside. The situation was unpleasant at first; at the same time, it was reassuring to see how quickly the emergency services were on site and how promptly the all-clear was given. That short “alarm moment” also reminded us how important reliable infrastructure is when it is needed; for example, the fire service, medical care and dialysis.
We enjoyed our time together. With lots of input, good conversations and fresh ideas, we are back to work. We are highly motivated to help make dialysis fit for the future. Together.
