Looking Back on Our Quarterly Meeting in Hamburg

Two busy and productive days in Hamburg are now behind us. The programme of this quarterly meeting included both a visit to the Diaverum Renal Centre in Hamburg-Wandsbek and a dedicated workshop day with the entire team.

The main focus of the workshop day was sharing updates on what each team member is currently working on. A significant part of this day was deliberately set aside for these conversations. In day-to-day business, there’s little opportunity to gain insights into everything that is happening across the company.

That is why these conversations are so valuable. They help everyone stay informed and create space for discussions that often get pushed aside by everyday priorities. They also provide an opportunity to explore new ideas and approaches that can be developed further over time.

Growing Together as a Company

Alongside project-related topics, we also focused on the continued development of our internal structures. As our company grows, so do the demands on collaboration and the way we work together.

Our quarterly meetings give us the opportunity to discuss these topics openly, reflect on what is working well and identify areas where improvements can be made. This helps ensure that our ways of working continue to evolve alongside the company itself.

Visit to the Diaverum Renal Centre Hamburg-Wandsbek

A particular highlight of this quarterly meeting was our visit to the Diaverum Renal Centre in Hamburg-Wandsbek. This centre is an important milestone for our team, as a great deal of work, expertise and dedication had gone into the project earlier this year.

Being able to see the results on site and speak directly with those involved was especially valuable. We will be sharing more about the project and our experiences from the visit in a separate article.

Team Spirit

The personal side of spending time together is every bit as important to us as the professional discussions. With team members based across different parts of Germany, these meetings provide a precious opportunity to connect in person rather than through a screen.

We shared meals, enjoyed plenty of conversations and spent time catching up with one another. These moments strengthen the relationships within the team and form an important part of our company culture.

Taking New Ideas Back into Our Work

We are now back in our respective locations across Germany, bringing fresh perspectives back into our day-to-day work.

We look forward to turning these discussions into action and continuing to shape the future of dialysis together with our customers.
