Third Quarterly 2025

Team trip to the Harz mountains: Autumn exchange

From September 23 to 26, our team gathered for the third quarterly. Three days full of exchange, professional discussions, and a surprising parallel between dialysis and beer brewing.

This time’s goal: the Harz mountains and quality time for the team

The third quarter flew by. In our daily work, there’s often too little space for deeper exchange with the whole team. That’s why we step away from operational tasks once a quarter and spend focused time together. It gives us the opportunity to improve processes, gather new impulses for our work, and grow even closer as a team.

In addition to a guided tour through the Clausthal-Zellerfeld Brewing Academy and relaxed get-togethers, we focused on key content topics.

What was on our minds:

  • Products:
The development and installation of our GreenTec Performance System (GPS) is going great. We’re currently monitoring a total of 2,760 data points, that’s impressive!
Combined with our Cross-Sector Integration, we have a powerful tool at hand. Our customers benefit from it, as shown clearly in energy and water savings.
  • Processes:
To keep everything running smoothly, it’s important that we share our experiences openly as a team. That’s the only way we can learn from mistakes and optimize processes – whether it’s purchasing, construction site workflows, or project documentation.
  • Development:
It wasn’t just operational topics on the agenda. We also had a short session on personality types to raise awareness of each person’s needs in a work context. Knowing yourself helps you better understand others. Plus, we got a few tips on how to work with large language models.

The results and ideas from the quarterly will directly feed into our next steps.

Of course, cooking together, barbecuing, and having fun weren’t missing either; no need to put that on the agenda.
Whether it’s strategy, processes, training, or team spirit: our quarterlies move us forward. And that benefits our customers and partners too.

And: Who would’ve thought that beer brewing has so much in common with dialysis? Drinking water is an essential “ingredient” – without it, nothing works. This reaffirmed how essential our mission is.

With fresh energy, we’re heading into Q4, continuing our goal to make dialysis treatment more energy and water efficient.
