In the week before Christmas, our team gathered for the fourth and final Quarterly of the year.
Wrapping Up an Intensive Year Together
Our third full business year is coming to an end. 2025 has been intense and full of progress. We’ve continued to develop our products and grown organically. Today, more than 50 dialysis centres across Germany rely on our solutions to save resources and cut operating costs. That’s something we’re truly proud of!
As a team, we’ve continued to grow and strengthen our bonds, something each Quarterly reminds us of. Our meeting in Heidelberg was a chance to make the most of being together: exchanging ideas, sharing perspectives and simply enjoying time as a team. Because we usually work largely remotely, these moments of connection are especially valuable to us.
We didn’t just look back at the year that’s almost over – we also looked ahead and discussed strategic priorities. What will shape the coming year? One area that’s on our minds are the current developments in AI. For us as a team, it’s important to engage with this so we can keep evolving and build new skills. We’ve mapped out a plan and will start this journey together in the new year.
After the discussions, we enjoyed the Heidelberg Christmas market and dinner together: the perfect way to reflect on the year and celebrate our achievements. Now it’s time for a well-earned break before we kick off 2026 with fresh energy.
