Second Quarterly 2025
Team trip to Erfurt: specialist input and team spirit
Last week, our entire GreenTec Dialysis team was in Erfurt. It was a rare, but all the more wonderful opportunity to bring all 13 team members together in one place.
Our goal: the annual dialysis congress in Erfurt
The 33rd Erfurt Dialysis Conference has attracted us and other people from the dialysis sector to the city. There were specialist presentations for doctors and nurses as well as an industry exhibition. Our focus as a team was on the technology afternoon, which offered exciting insights – from energy and water management, digitalisation and AI-supported assistance systems to care models in dialysis.
The symposium is always a great opportunity to talk to old and new contacts and to exchange views on topics relating to dialysis (and beyond).
Our personal highlight this year: the presentation by our colleague Julius Blumenröder on the potential of data-based analyses for smarter dialysis care. For him as a data analyst, it was his first appearance in front of a specialist dialysis audience – and a complete success!
Our second quarterly this year
On the second day, our internal quarterly was on the programme – the second this year.
On this occasion, we had an intensive exchange on product and HR topics, operational processes and team issues. This framework gives us the opportunity to discuss relevant and current topics with the entire team, such as the upcoming large-scale rollout of our GreenTec Performance System (GPS).
Two days full of professional exchange, inspiration and team spirit are behind us. We are motivated to get back to our daily work and are looking forward to everything that lies ahead!
